Acceptance

By using this website, operated by Jael Meire, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is

It's my portfolio and contact channel: it presents my web development services, my WordPress plugins and Pulse, my website monitoring product. The information published is for guidance only and is not a binding offer.

Services and quotes

Each project (custom websites, web apps and SaaS, redesigns, WordPress, Shopify and Odoo) is agreed separately in a quote that details the scope, the delivery and completion timelines, and the price. Writing to me or sending the contact form creates no obligation between the parties until you accept a quote.

Payments

Every project is quoted in three equal payments: the first to start the project, the second when I have a fully working prototype ready and the third when the project is finished and polished. I don't start a project without the first payment, and I don't deliver it before receiving the last one.

You can pay by PayPal, by Binance or by direct transfer to digital wallets, or hire me through Freelancer.com and pay through the platform. If you hire me through a platform, that platform's terms apply in addition to these.

Included monitoring and changes

Every project includes one month of monitoring. During that month I fix bugs and errors and make any minor changes needed.

If it's a big change or something new that isn't in the original quote, I quote it separately as an extra.

Client materials

The texts, logos, images and other materials you provide remain yours. By handing them over you declare that you have the right to use them in your project.

Use of the form and contact channels

Use them for genuine inquiries. Don't use them to send spam, illegal content or third parties' data without their permission. I don't guarantee a response time, but I try to write back as soon as possible.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, code and personal brand of this site belong to me, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without my permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks, such as those of my clients, belong to their respective owners and are shown without any affiliation or endorsement.

Software I publish under an open license, such as my plugins in the WordPress.org directory, is governed by the terms of that license.

External links and products

This site links to other websites and services, such as Pulse, my plugins on WordPress.org, my GitHub profile, WhatsApp, Fiverr, Freelancer and my clients' sites. They are independent of this site and may have their own terms and policies, which govern their use. I am not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

Accuracy and availability

I strive to keep the content correct and up to date, but the site is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. The metrics mentioned (such as PageSpeed scores) are references and may vary from project to project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or the inability to use it. What applies to each project is defined in its quote.

Privacy

How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of Mar del Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by any consumer or data protection laws that apply to you.

Changes and contact
